Chief Program Officer
The Chief Program Officer serves as the principal strategist, advisor and leader to LT Operating Foundation, its programs, and staff on a wide range of strategic issues. This role is responsible for surfacing programmatic opportunities and challenges, therefore leveraging “on the ground” data to inform broader strategic goals. This role is charged with leading and supporting programmatic initiatives that advance generational wealth building through business ownership and inclusive placemaking.
The position’s direct reports include the General Manager of Mother Road Market, the Kitchen 66 Program Manager, and the Kitchen 66 Kitchen Manager. The Chief Program Officer is responsible for translating LTOF’s strategic goals into operational plans that provide community impact and fulfill the mission of breaking down barriers for Tulsans with big ideas.
The ideal candidate is a good communicator, skilled at prioritization, and is comfortable doing whatever it takes to get the job done while simultaneously possessing a high-level of broad business, management and delegation skills. This role is dedicated to establishing, measuring and achieving shared and measurable goals and working with a diverse team of leaders.
The CPO will work closely with all tenants and entrepreneurs on the Mother Road Market campus, including popup and long-term merchants, retailers and Kitchen 66 members and provide partnership for business development and brainstorming on ideas to drive traffic and sales to grow startup businesses. This position is responsible for identifying long-term, sustainable solutions and committed to promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
