Charlie Love
Charlie Love serves as the Chief Programs Officer for the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, where she leads strategic initiatives across Mother Road Market, Kitchen 66, and the Foundation’s broader entrepreneurial and community-building efforts. With more than a decade of experience advancing equitable food systems, Charlie brings a deep commitment to social justice, health equity, and expanding access to opportunity.
Before joining LTFF, Charlie built a career at the intersection of food access, community development, and systems change. She helped launch and scale initiatives such as Oasis Fresh Market, a social enterprise focused on eliminating food deserts, reducing health disparities, and ensuring that every child and family has access to fresh, healthy food. Her work has spanned grant strategy, public health partnerships, and designing programs that uplift historically marginalized communities.
At LTFF, she works to strengthen the ecosystem for small food entrepreneurs, expand pathways to economic mobility, and champion programs that drive belonging across Tulsa.
In her free time, Charlie enjoys spending as much time as possible with her children in the mountains, no matter the season, and logging plenty of miles running with friends, preferably before the sun is up or anyone else is awake!
